These sweet, golden handfuls of joy are my childhood favourite! Starring sticky dollops of honey and crunchy cornflakes, they are a snack favourite add some coconut, sprinkle freeze dried stawberries once cooked. They will become a must-have for every kid's party or birthday. They can also be popped into lunchboxes for lunch time treat.

Allergy Free Categories - Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Vegan

Ingredients

  • 75g Nutalex Butter

  • 1/3 cup Honey

  • 2 tbs Coconut Sugar

  • 1 cup of Shredded Coconut

  • 4 cups Gluten Free Corn Flakes

  • 1 Packet of Frisp Freeze Dried Strawberries

 ​

Method

  • Preheat oven to 160C.

  • Line 24-hole patty pan with paper cases.

  • Melt butter, sugar and honey together in a saucepan until frothy.

  • Add corn flakes, coconut and mix well.

  • Working quickly, spoon mixture into patty cases.

  • Bake for 10 minutes.

  • Cool.

  • Finely chop the freeze dried strawberries and serve
