Shipping & Returns
All orders are dispatched daily (except for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Orders that fall on a Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
All orders will incur a shipping fee commensurate with the size and weight of the order and the location of the delivery. The shipping fee will be advised at the time of the order and payment required will be inclusive of the advised delivery fee.
The current shipping fees are:
Regular shipping up to 5kg – $12.95
Express Post shipping up to 2kg – $14.95
Express Post shipping from 2kg to 5kg – $18.95
Regular shipping over 5kg – $12.95 plus additional fees based on weight over 5kg and location of delivery
Express Post shipping over 5kg – $18.95 plus additional fees based on weight over 5kg and location of delivery
Delivery can take between 1 to 10 days depending on the state and area that you live.
Unattended deliveries. The Sensitive Home is not responsible for any damage or theft to your order when left in the designated area that you have specified. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored away as soon as possible.
As we use a third-party delivery service there may be some issues regarding delivery that are out of our control. We cannot confirm exactly when your goods will arrive, but we strive to ensure our deliveries are dispatched promptly and in good order. If there is an issue, we will work with you and the courier company where necessary.
Anyone at the delivery address that receives the order will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. Please ensure an accurate delivery address is provided, we do not take any responsibility for damage or loss of your order due to providing the incorrect address.
At this time we do not ship outside of Australia.
Return & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you have received an incorrect item, your whole order has not been delivered, or you have received damaged items, we are happy to accept a return subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
You must notify us either by email, , within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may need you to provide photographic proof of the product issue or damage.
We do not accept “change of mind” returns. We strongly advise you do your own research on products you are purchasing and consuming.

Items purchased online can be returned for a refund via post for a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.
If we have requested the item to be returned, we will process the refund upon receipt of the goods.
If an item is faulty or wrongly described, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Once all the returns conditions have been met, it may take up to 7 days to process a credit to your nominated account.
